Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please inform us within 24 hours if you are unable to keep your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. In the event of cancellation without proper notice a $30 service fee for each service will be charged to your credit card. We accept Visa or Mastercard. Treatment time can not be made up due to late arrivals. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, at our discretion, you will be charged for all booked services.
